I have a couple of pots of home made vegetable curry in the freezer which I want to use up, so we’ll be having those with some chapatti instead of rice. I might make a couple of onion bhajis for a starter too. Ice cream for pud if wanted.
I am also making a malteser cheesecake for desserts over the next few days, and doing some baking (day off, yay!)5 -

@Islandmaid gosh that looks gorgeous!
I made HM burgers with spicy ginger and peanut butter slaw and sliders on top with cheese.
I also picked some rhubarb from the garden and made a rhubarb and almond pudding for tomorrow.3 -
Just cooked up a mushroom and broccoli risotto. Used up some YS mushrooms, the end of a bag of frozen broccoli, a bit of goats cheese from the freezer, some LO prosecco that had gone flat and some HM stock so a good 'use stuff up' recipe.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
