What do you use instead of the pasta sheets, IM?

Tonight I'm making Asian-spiced turkey meatballs served with grated cauliflower and carrot 'rice'.

I use Edam cheese slices, they melt just enough, I no longer even bother with a cream cheese sauce, I know some use cooked bacon rashers too 😉

  • Collecting 4 year old grandson this morning to come and stay for a few days so food today will be whatever he fancies so either jacket potato with cheese and beans, vegan sausages (his favourite), oven wedges and peppers or Quorn crispy nuggets ,rice and peas and masses of fruit for afterwards as he's a fruitaholic!

I had leftover mixed tandoori from Sunday's tea with fried white cabbage, mushrooms, prawns, garlic, fennel, coriander and cumin. It was gorgeous.
