    Had chicken stuffed with wild garlic (I foraged and made a load into pesto last week), mozzarella, basil and wrapped in bacon with some roasted vegetables. 

    DH birthday today so he has chosen an Indian takeaway and I am having my usual mixed tandoori with saag paneer. 
  • Cauliflower cheese with ham and some salad followed by blueberry yoghurts and a black coffee.

    We got our usually roast from the pub, OH wanted his early so had that and I ended up not really fancying mine later so had some picnic bits from the fridge instead.

    Chicken and ham pie, TS broccoli, sprouts, green beans, celeriac mash. Also had some summer fruits trifle for pudding.

    We're having curry i made the other night, with rice from the freezer stash and a naan bread.

  • Just making Mexican rice for supper and the kitchen smells lovely, just the kind of comfort food we need on a cold and very damp and dank evening to warm us through...I wish it would be summer!
