Had chicken stuffed with wild garlic (I foraged and made a load into pesto last week), mozzarella, basil and wrapped in bacon with some roasted vegetables.

DH birthday today so he has chosen an Indian takeaway and I am having my usual mixed tandoori with saag paneer.
  • Cauliflower cheese with ham and some salad followed by blueberry yoghurts and a black coffee.

  • Just making Mexican rice for supper and the kitchen smells lovely, just the kind of comfort food we need on a cold and very damp and dank evening to warm us through...I wish it would be summer!
