Had chicken stuffed with wild garlic (I foraged and made a load into pesto last week), mozzarella, basil and wrapped in bacon with some roasted vegetables.
DH birthday today so he has chosen an Indian takeaway and I am having my usual mixed tandoori with saag paneer.3 -
Toad in the hole, PSB and carrots.
Chocolate orange brownies. To blow my own trumpet - possibly the nicest tray bake I’ve ever made!

Made pork tenderloin wrapped in pancetta. With roast potatoes, jerseys, tenderstem broccoli, green beans, carrots and stuffing. I had vege sausages.
I also made a rhubarb crumble, leek and potato soup and a couple of pasta lunches for daughter to take to work.

Had halloumi with black seed honey and tamarind aubergine with radish salad followed by an easy peeler and a coffee.5

Cauliflower cheese with ham and some salad followed by blueberry yoghurts and a black coffee.4

Just making Mexican rice for supper and the kitchen smells lovely, just the kind of comfort food we need on a cold and very damp and dank evening to warm us through...I wish it would be summer!4
