Some lovely meals lately everyone! has given me lots of ideas.
I made seafood pizza (LC dough) last night for DS and I.
Today I made a chicken tray bake with garlic, rosemary and lemon with green beans, diced celeriac, shallots and broccoli. So simple and quick, and so think I need to google a few versions of this as an easy mid week meal.
