    Husband made  a chilli. I wasnt hungry but had a cheese and tuna toastie ( using up the tuna from yesterday) had some leftover salad with it.

    Sirloin steak and mushrooms tonight with a few chips for DH, might make a peppercorn sauce too, if I remember by tonight 🤣

    Veggie chilli, i had mine with some mash to use it up. Managed to scrape a few non furry berries together to make Eton mess ... although i think that is the end of the cream too, tasted ok but don't think I'll risk it for any more days.

    I made quorn cottage pie, with purple sprouting broccoli.
    Made a meat one to take to the inlaws.

    Yellow sticker hot chicken drumsticks from the rotissire in Asda with some tiger loaf bread and butter. Keeping it real basic.

    I had pan fried salmon fillet with celeriac puree, caramelised fennel, samphire, TS broccoli and asparagus in a lemony butter dressing. Just gorgeous.

    Last night we had a takeaway curry as a treat, and it was gorgeous.
    Tonight it's chilli for us too (well I'm making beef burritos, same difference!)

    I made chicken fajita so it's Mexican food all round so far! Made enough to freeze two meals as well.
