Husband made a chilli. I wasnt hungry but had a cheese and tuna toastie ( using up the tuna from yesterday) had some leftover salad with it.3

Sirloin steak and mushrooms tonight with a few chips for DH, might make a peppercorn sauce too, if I remember by tonight 🤣Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

I had pan fried salmon fillet with celeriac puree, caramelised fennel, samphire, TS broccoli and asparagus in a lemony butter dressing. Just gorgeous.4
