We had a large turkey yeasterday . Got it cheap just after xmas.   DD is making a huge pot of curry with the leg meat, some for dinner and the freezer.
Tomorrow will be a turkey stew, that lasts 2 days. Loads of white meat for sandwiches over the next few days.

I also had turkey yesterday - reduced to £2.70 for just over 3kg!  Carcass stripped and in slow cooker for stock.  Loads of meat left.  Will make a curry but need inspiration for the rest.  Anybody got any ideas, please?  Can't freeze as freezer is absolutely rammed.
