We had a large turkey yeasterday . Got it cheap just after xmas. DD is making a huge pot of curry with the leg meat, some for dinner and the freezer.
Tomorrow will be a turkey stew, that lasts 2 days. Loads of white meat for sandwiches over the next few days.3 -
I also had turkey yesterday - reduced to £2.70 for just over 3kg! Carcass stripped and in slow cooker for stock. Loads of meat left. Will make a curry but need inspiration for the rest. Anybody got any ideas, please? Can't freeze as freezer is absolutely rammed."Men are generally more careful of the breed(ing) of their horses and dogs than of their children" - William Penn 1644-1718
