Yesterday was roast pork and all the trimmings. Today I am using some of the leftover meat to make pork, chilli, black bean, coriander and charred lime wraps. Tomorrow the last of the leftover pork will make a Jerk pork, pineapple and coconut rice concoction.1

@JIL @rachsecret spoke to doc today and she thinks the breathing issues were a result of silent reflux that then became not so silent. Said one of the OTC treatments i already bought and seems to be working is what she'd have suggested and to finish the course and she'll call me back next week.
Still not 100% but feeling much better than I was, which also means it's not all in my head which I was also starting to wonder.
Anyway, dinner tonight was aubergine and potato curry with rice and naan bread (luckily my stomach usually tolerates anything i put in it well so I wasn't too worried about the spciy thing)Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
