I worked late and hubby met me at work after giving blood, we had planned on a takeaway but decided it was a little early so I made a prawn curry, indian snacks, rice and potato and spinach.2

I'm making a courgette, goat's cheese and caramelised red onion puff pastry tart to have with a green salad tonight.1

Boring tea for us really - jacket potatoes with whatever toppings we fancy. I'll probably have cheese and beans, my partner's children probably beans or tuna, and my partner will likely grab a portion of some frozen leftovers - chicken casserole or savoury mince most likely.
All served with salad.2 -
Korean beef and rice bowl (using Quorn mince), served with mangetout.0

@hob_nob_bob nothing boring about jacket spuds, the dinner of champions.
Second half of the lasagne tonight so that's all used up. I'll prob have the rest of the vegan curry tomorrow night and free that up too. Feeezer is a pig sty, needs a good sort out.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Happy birthday goldfinches.
I had a cheese, onion and tomato toasted sandwich.
Husband had oven chips, fish and tinned peas.
Daughter at pub so no idea what she had.
And hob knob bob, jacket potatoes are lovely. I love them cold. They also make fabulous roast potatoes. I peel the skins off after they are cooked and use the insides for the roast potatoes and the skins are fabulous as a treat for the cook. Roasted with them.3 -

Been away to sunny Yorkshire for a few days so not been online . So lovely to have a change of scenery. Didn't really do much other than go for lots of walks and picnics but was just what I needed.
Tonight's meal was a bit of of a 'cop out' due to having very little in....we got a take away! I had mixed tandoori with saag paneer. Hubbie had vegetable samba, rice and chapati.1 -
