    Mushroom and truffle pasta with spinach and garlic bread. 
  • I also had curry, there seems to be a theme developing here!
    Made Nigella's tomato curry with coconut rice from this recipe

    which was delicious although it took a lot longer than the times given in the recipe to cook. Had a beer with it but didn't need anything else because the rice was so filling.

  • We had burgers and chips with salad last night (Aberdeen Angus for DH and DS2, LM for me and a thick fried slice of halloumi for DS1).
    Tonight we’re having HM pizza, one pepperoni, one veggie, with yet more salad and HM coleslaw.

    Breakfast was scrambled eggs on toast, lunch was Thai fish cake with salad, and tonight we're having jacket potatoes with tuna and sweet corn Mayo.

    Fancy rice and chips with curry sauce from the Chinese take away. Doing my self because we have everything in and keep costs down. Also have some salt and pepper chicken wings with it too.

    Halloumi burgers in YS buns with a mixture of curly fries and sweet potato fries. OH had peas too. Might have my first mince pie of the season later! 
  • I made steak and venison pie with broccoli and cauliflower. Made mushroom vol au vonts for DH.
