I stopped buying Linda M when i read the amount of salt in them at the time. Prev OH liked quorn frozen ones but now gone off those although i don't think they've changed 🤷♀️ i liked the Meatless Farm ones, which can be diff to find. He wasn't keen. Just discovered Richmond and really impressed, as said, can barely tell the diff vs a real sausageSmoosh said:
I was always a fan of the plain Linda McCartney ones until someone told me about the Richmond ones and now they're a firm favourite here! OH is a meat eater and he says they taste just like normal Richmond onesJIL said:
I have just had the best vegetarian sausage conversation with my vege son (via WhatsApp) I am pleasantly surprised at how nice the richmond sausages are. Best vege sausage to date.Smoosh said:Sausage casserole (using Richmond veggie sausages - they're the best) with carrots and peas and cheesy potato croquettes.
We'll probably have some hot chocolate and stollen later.

My week has ended up being a bit topsy-turvey for various reasons, so tonight was are having the Sunday roast! I'm doing roast pork, crackling, apple sauce, roast potatoes, green beans, carrots, yorkshire pudding and gravy. I've made a pineapple trifle for pud (largely an experiment because I had a tin of pineapple chunks and a packet of pineapple jelly to use up!)1
