1 x GF frozen pizza & 1 x normal frozen pizza with extra home chopped toppings here.
House purchase fell through Wednesday, sale going ahead we hope, so need to find rental at short notice. Need easy comfort food (and alcohol). Some sleep would help too.
  • Thurs night we had kfc
Last night oven mac and cheese / lasagne and Yorkshire puddings. A bit random but I like something along with the mac and cheese, usually bread, none in house so YPs next best thing.
    Tonight steak and rice.

Pumpkin, halloumi and sweet chilli risotto. Finally the last of the pumpkin! More cookies and maybe a gin later!
  • Lockdown tradition is HM pizza and a movie on a Saturday night, however today I had to go to the big Tescos, so spent £10 on their pizza deal - two pizzas, two sides and a dip stacker. Cheaper than a takeaway but not as nice as homemade 🤷‍♀️ Fed us all amply whilst watching The Hunger Games as DS1 had just finished the books.

  • fried steak, onion and tomato with mushrooms in a creamy blue cheese sauce and coleslaw. Low carb chocolate bread and butter pudding for dessert

Sorry to hear that your house sale fell through Badger - that must be incredibly stressful for you.

Tonight I chucked some diced skinless boneless chicken breasts into a wok with some diced shallot, garlic, mushroom and red chilli and added some ketjap manis, soy, miso paste and honey. It was served with a little bit of rice, and lots of stir fried veg.

    Eton Rifles for pud 😀
