OH had a piece with Richmond veggie sausages.
I had some kind of micro rice (didn't actually really look at the packet  :D) with some mushrooms stroganoff unearthed from the freezer.

Thanks for the heads up, Rach. I used a little less than a pint of water to dissolve the jelly, and it set perfectly (probably because of all the sponge I used). It was really nice 😀

Tonight I am using some of the left over roast from yesterday, and we'll be having pulled pork baps with coleslaw and salad.
  • I must try and find some of those veggie Richmond sausages as I'm sure LM have changed their recipe, they weren't at all nice last time I cooked them.

Last night we had chilli and rice, with guacamole, garlic yoghurt and flatbreads. Tonight we're having stir fry veggie noodles with garlic and sweet chilli sauce, kids will also have crispy chicken with theirs.

  • @C_J really glad your jelly worked out. Pineapple trifle sounded gorgeous!

Today I am having fish coated in pork scratching (makes it crunchy like breadcrumbs but low carb) celeriac fries with fried fennel and courgette. Also having red currants with frangipani topping and cream
