Made a casserole last night with some LO turkey i found in the back of the freezer. Added some LO HM stock and some veg that were starting to look sad, plus a tin of butterbeans, and some mini pasta shells. Topped off with some dumplings. HM pizza here tonight (after having to remake the dough as for some bizarre reason I used a different recipe to normal - what was I THINKING), one pepperoni, one fiorentina style. With sweet potato chips, olives and veg sticks.Books read 2023 - 49/754

Chicken and veggies for dinner, with home made butternut and red pepper soup for a starter. Jelly and cream with grated no added chocolate for a toppingStarting Total in September 2019 = £38287.77
Current Total = £25534.10

mash, frozen salmon, and what ever veg I pull out of the freezer. Quite pleased with tonight's effort as from what I can recall last few Saturdays have been oven food or take way.3

Maybe a stir fry. Good for using up bottom drawer veg.
Need some more chilli bean sauce though. Quite hard to get the smaller jar.3 -

We had curry, I cheated and had a quorn tikka masala. I made a Balti for the others with chicken thigh, spinach and mushrooms.
Fished some nan bread and snacks out of the freezer to have with it.4 -
OH ended up with HM nachos (when i say HM, I mean HM by me, have shown him several times how to make them but still at the stand and observe stage)
I finished the end of a bag if cavallo nero with the casserole. Three more portions prob from that pot. Will prob freeze some.
Going to make a veggie chilli tonight so that's on hand for easy dinner tomorrow should it be wanted.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

had HM fish pie with celeriac rosti and the topping. Spent most of the day batch cooking as I sprained my ankle being too adventurous and climbing down a steep cliff path and slipped and fell over half term so still taking it easy.
I also made:- chicken parmigiana
- chicken and veg soup
- chicken, mushroom in a creamy tarragon sauce
- vegan sheese and onion pie for the hubby
