I'm making a cheesy bolognese pasta bake which will feed the two of us tonight and tomorrow. It's not very exciting, but it has used up lots of odds and ends from the fridge/cupboards/freezer so I'm happy!

  • Got two portions of chili from the freezer. No baking potatoes though so going to do it with rice for a change.

The menu plan said steak and chips, but I mistakenly ordered the wrong meat box and didn’t get any steak! So we had burgers with hotdog-style onions and plastic cheese, HM wedges and salad instead.
