  • lI had a 'use up what's in the freezer item'; HM batch cooked lasagne with salad and broccoli coleslaw. Had peanut butter cheesecake for pudding.

    We had m&s plant based kievs, jacket potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes, corn on the cobs, coleslaw and rocket.
    Meat eaters had rump steak.
    Lemon cheesecake for pud.

    Tonight we had a small meal of veggie sausage, mash, sweetcorn and broccoli to leave room for HM apple and berry crumble with HM custard.
  • DH is playing football tonight so we will have reheated leftover pulled pork chilli when he gets back. Will probably do the kids pesto pasta with extra veg after school.

  • Hi - first ever post (need to sort my fat debt out). I made a roast dinner yesterday and today I had a leftover chicken sandwich for lunch and I made enough for a roast dinner tonight too! I dont know why I never thought of cook once eat twice (or thrice in this case)
  • Cheese and tomato tortellini (looks like Tesco have stopped doing their 4 cheese one :'( ) with homemade bolognese from the freezer.

    I am having a tiny bit of left over pork roast with freshly cooked chicken thighs, gem squash, and broccoli and cauliflower. Day 2 of keto. My blood sugars are doing much better
    Starting Total in September 2019 = £38287.77
    Current Total = £25534.10
    33% of debt paid off so far

    Debt Free by Christmas September August July June 2023!
