Enchiladas with Quorn chicken, the last of the peppers from the greenhouse and Sweetcorn. Might have to be deconstructed enchiladas as the wraps are a bit torn!2

We had veggie sausages, mash, marrowfat peas and a beetroot/red onion thingy I make with carroway seeds, a few sultanas and balsamic vinegar.2

Morning, so no breakfast this AM as trying to get back into intermittent fasting. Day 1. Lunch and Dinner is roast pork with roast pots, cabbage, gem squash, roast parsnips and rice with gravy. It’s a large joint which set me back £8 at the butchers so will be enough for 2 meals for 3 adults, and perhaps even left overs to go into a stir fry tomorrow.Starting Total in September 2019 = £38287.77

Had a load of mushrooms in a veg box from lidl so had a go at making mushroom stroganoff. Recipie didnt have wine in it...so i rectified that, and also blitzed up some chestnuts that had been lurking in the cupboard for ages. All in all tasted pretty good.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
