Pulled pork of questionable datage but i figured as its already pre treated / cooked and vacuum packed (because no other way does pulled pork take 30mins) and it smelt/looked ok, i had that in a burger bun from the freezer.
Bit of sliced lettuce that was on its way out and what became the last tomato as the other one was growing a furry hat. Was going to have some LO mozzarella but that was also past it on the sniff and whiff test.
Fridge is becoming somewhat empty....still won't be an issue if i keel over from the pulled pork!  :#

Fennel, mushroom, green pepper, carrot, brown and green lentil stew with thyme dumplings accompanied by sweetcorn and small glass of wine. No space for pudding as am absolutely bulging so will have fruit for breakfast instead.
Staggered home from the supermarket laden down and wishing for a sherpa and then opened my front door to a lovely savoury aroma from my slow cooker; really worth making the effort before I went out.

I’m making sweet and sour chicken with egg fried rice and a cheeky spring roll on the side. Looks like there might be enough for a repeat performance tomorrow (always a lovely bonus!!)

Pulled pork again (didn't die from it last night) in a bun with a slice of cheese and some coleslaw.  Boiled a couple of spuds to have with it and mixed in some lo black eyed beans with some lo baked beans, added a dash of tomato puree and Worcestershire sauce to the sauce too.

Had a portion of yesterday's stew with y/s asparagus spears, that I snapped up in Sainsb*y's on my way home from my walk, followed by handful of nuts and dried fruit.

Tonight we’re having chicken burritos - I have made the filling already, so just a quick assembly job later on.
