We had a cooked brunch - hash browns, duck eggs and a pork chop (no bacon left to use).
Now cooking chicken kiev and some pasta2 -
Teriyaki noodles, Quorn chicken and broccoli. Served with crackers and sweet chili sauce.2

Got a butternut squash and something pie in the oven (apparently its 125% of daily sat fat intake 😳) , will have that with some savoy cabbage....because that will negate all the pastry and creamy sauce obv 🤣Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Pasta bake tonight, with the sauce made from tomatoes and chorizo.
Butternut squash tart for pudding then a few mince pies to use up the pastry.2 -
Busy day today so we had a Chinese takeaway. It made a nice change.2

Roast chicken and veg for us tonight. For this week’s puddings I’ve made an apple crumble with more of the home grown Bramleys, and a Black Forest trifle so that there’s a choice 😀2

Southern fried chicken, jacket potatoes, salad and coleslaw.
I had jacket potato cheese and coleslaw.

roast beef, savoy cabbage cooked with pancetta, roasted celeriac and Yorkshire puddings made with arrowroot. Had some peanut butter cheesecake for pudding with cream.1
