    Did the pizza sauce this morning - tomatoes, onion and chorizo. Quick pizza base recipe plus runner beans off the allotment.
    Apple and blackberry crumble and custard for pudding. 

  • Treated us to a takeaway curry tonight, very nice it was too.

    Oh had steak and cooked some leftover mushrooms in garlic butter. I had Quorn fish fingers. Both served with onion rings and feta topped peas.
    Dessert is homemade pumpkin pie with condensed milk.

    Tonight I’m using up various bits and bobs to make some chicken, prawn, red chilli and vegetable noodles.

    Small (very small, think i had the other half the other night with another breast by accident) garlic and herb chicken breast from Lidl,  with some mash & spring onion and petit pois. Made it for something quick but really quite enjoyed it.

    LO lamb from Sunday roast will become lamb rogan josh with cauliflower rice, DH will have a Naan too 👍

  • Chicken curry using up all the bits of veg left before tomorrow’s veg box - half a bag of spinach, handful of mushrooms, half a red pepper and a bit of cauliflower. Serving with rice and a naan for the kids.

    Chicken thighs with roast potatoes, parsnips, carrots, courgette, stuffing, bread sauce and gravy.

    There’s an apple sauce cake in the oven for during GBBO.
