Oh kerri, that's awful! I have been saving my nectar points in the (possibly misguided) hope that Sainsbury's will do their double up vouchers again this November. I'd be absolutely gutted if I lost them. I hope Customer Services sort it out quickly for you.
Tonight is a bit heavy on carbs, but I feel like we need comfort food as the weather is so horrible. I have defrosted a bit of minced beef and am in the process of stir frying this with diced onion, garlic, chilli and red pepper along with the usual suspects lineup of curry spices. I will add to that some roasted Uchiki Kuri squash and courgette (from the garden), the last handful of a pack of frozen peas and enough cooked basmati rice to make a pilaff which will feed us for at least two meals. It's only half-prepared but it's smelling good already.2 -
Pork and chorizo casserole, with crispy cubed spuds. Normally I cook it on the cooker in a big casserole pot but this time I put it in the slow cooker this morning and just kept it on low all day. I don't think you can over cook it unless you kept it going for 24 hours!"You won't bloom until you're planted" - Graffiti spotted in Newcastle.

Was planning a chickpea and spinach curry, but eldest son got back from
school all keen to make a vegetable pasta bake that they’d been demoed in food tech (bless them, they’re not allowed to actually cook due to Covid, so have to watch the teacher make it) - wasn’t exactly my cup of tea but nice to be cooked something for a change!Books read 2023 - 49/755 -
Thanks C_J i felt absolutely sick when i saw the account. Spoke to the Nectar team again this morning, should have an update from their fraud team in the next few days, but 15 days for a new card and new number. The lady on the phone kept asking if it could possibly have been the additional card holder (OH) I think she got the message when i said he hates shopping and wouldn't know how to redeem a nectar point if his life depended on it.
The transactions were all miles away, nowhere I've even heard of let alone been. However it seems to have happened jusr after I used my phone app for a Smart Shop at my local store. Haven't used it for ages and all seems a bit coincidencental to me so I'm guessing a data breach on their side. Will be using the hand scanner from now on.
Dinner tonight is YS garlic and herb chicken breast from Lidl, with roasties and cavelo nero. I put the roasties on for OH getting in from work earlier so he could eat when he got in, just need to reheat mine.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
