We had fajitas, mine were halloumi, mushrooms, courgettes and peppers, husband had chicken and pepper and extra spiced.
I keep getting heartburn so I had mine without the bread and very mild to see if it makes a difference.
  • I made steak fried with courgette, peppers and onion with creamy peppercorn sauce with splash of wine. Served it with big field mushrooms and celeriac fries. Had a little Keto carrot cup cake for pudding that I made some time ago and froze.

I’m baking some salmon fillet topped with cream cheese and herbs, wrapped in puff pastry. Will be served with lots of greens from the garden. Something involving Bramley apples for dessert.
