Lunch today was crab pate with sliced cucumber on matzos.
Dinner is impossible quiche using up the last portion of YS med veg i had in the freezer, a few extra mushrooms, a big purple spring onion in leiu of half a normal one and a frankfurter instead of bacon....so i somewhat deviated from the recipe 🤣 forgot not to grease but oil the dish annoyingly so its a bit stuck at the bottom but still tastes good.

Yesterday we had YS spinach and ricotta pizza (OH also had YS roast chicken on his half) with YS halloumi fries and garlic bread. Followed by an unhealthy amount of ice cream

    Not sure about tonight yet!

Ended up popping to the shop for dinner bits as didn't fancy what we had planned and haven't got much in (big shop due tomorrow). Teriyaki noodles with Quorn chicken, broccoli and spring onions from the garden. OH had mushrooms too. With crackers and sweet chili sauce. More ice cream later!

Husband and daughter had chicken and mushroom tikka masala, (jar from aldi and boneless thighs also from aldi) rice, Bombay potatoes (freezer) samosas and nan bread.
I made a kedgeree with the remaining rice, a piece of haddock and a hard boiled egg. So I had that.
