OH has been picking this evening.
I had some pasta with some sauce thats been in the fridge for ages, used up a frankfurter I'd lobbed in the freezer last night and fried some sliced mushrooms with a bit of balsamic vinegar splodged in. Oh and some mozzarella added in.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

I’ve just taken a pack of turkey mince out of the freezer, so tonight will be spicy turkey burgers made with chopped red onion, garlic and chilli, served with a big mixed salad and some coleslaw (but no bread buns). Pudding will be mixed berries on a meringue as I have some egg whites to use up.3
