I have some boneless pork loin chops to use up which I will pan fry with some sliced onion and garlic, then finish with a sauce made with reduced chicken stock and cream. Served with French beans (from the garden, via the freezer) and the last of the cauliflower cheese I made yesterday.3

We're having roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, vegetarian sausages for me, gammon for OH, peas and we're making some broccoli cheese (OH isn't keen on cauliflower!), with lots of gravy!3

I've got some fridge gravel tomatoes, red pepper and garlic roasting in the oven which I will blitz with a small amount of cream cheese and some veggie stock to male soup and then I'll have it with a cheese toastie.
I would have loved a roast but with only 1/4 boys at home it didn't seem worth the effort.3 -
Lunch was waffles, bacon, sausage and duck egg.
Lamb rump steaks, mash, cauli/broc (might do it in cheese sauce, will see how I feel when I start cooking) and gravy.3 -
