Linda McCartney sausages for me, pork chops for husband. With roast potatoes, stuffing balls, root mash, green beans, savoy cabbage, yorkshire pudding and gravy.
Daughter had jacket potato with chilli con carne. Apparently she isnt keen on roast dinners, but she had stuffing balls, yorkshire pudding and a roast potato while she waited for her chilli to warm up. 🙄4 -

I'm trying something new today. Currently baking two ciabatta halves in the oven. Then going to cut them in half, put some tomato puree on them, and top with salami, parma ham and some sliced buffalo mozzarella. Putting them under the grill (with a very close eye as you can't amend the temperature on the grill, it's extremely hot or nothing!) until the cheese is gone a bit melty, and serving up with a bit of Spanish omelette and salad."You won't bloom until you're planted" - Graffiti spotted in Newcastle.
