Will use the risotto pan to make stock tomorrow before washing it up.

Roast chicken, broccoli, yorkshire puds, a few mini sausage rolls found lurking in the freezer, and potato's. Didn't actually have any fresh potatoes left however I located two frozen baked potatoes - roasted them and a frozen potato/carrot/veg ''thing'' which I now know was left over fish pie...  :D.

Boneless chicken thighs in a honey and miso glaze, with lots of stir fried green veg - I have plenty of tenderstem broccoli, pak choi and Chinese cabbage in the garden which need using up.

That meal was exactly what I used to have as a ‘treat’ dinner at my grandma’s back in the Eighties, and I still love it to this day! With a bit of butter stirred through the pasta - yum!

DH and I are having leftover bolognese pasta bake for dinner, freezer fish and chips for the kids when they get home from school.
