Roast chicken, broccoli, yorkshire puds, a few mini sausage rolls found lurking in the freezer, and potato's. Didn't actually have any fresh potatoes left however I located two frozen baked potatoes - roasted them and a frozen potato/carrot/veg ''thing'' which I now know was left over fish pie...

That meal was exactly what I used to have as a ‘treat’ dinner at my grandma’s back in the Eighties, and I still love it to this day!
