I’m glad your son is now tooth pain free, Frith! Mister CJ had X-rays done yesterday and he has a follow up appointment on Tuesday, so hopefully he will be back to normal then. Tooth pain is the most miserable thing.
For tonight’s dinner I made some mushroom and mozzarella arancini which were blummin lovely. I had some “value” rice in my Brexit/Covid stores and it didn’t cook very well - it turned into a stodgy sticky mess - but it was perfect for arancini in place of risotto rice. Result!3 -

I have lots of tomatoes which have ripened simultaneously, tasty heritage varieties in all sorts of lovely colours, so tonight I’m making a tomato and mozzarella puff pastry tart to have with salad.4

Last night ended up being an Indian takeaway, can't remember the last time we had one. Was nice but expensive.
Tonight I've just had vegan sausages, mash with spring onion and peas with non vegan gravy (I'm not actually vegan, just had the sausages out of the freezer).
OH had left overs from last night (dishes he hasn't eaten)
One good thing about the takeaway is they vacuum sealed each dish so there was no chance of anything stopping out en-route.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
