More soft food for us (Mr CJ has a dental appointment booked for first thing on Friday), so tonight we had salmon fillets with a few new potatoes and some green beans from the garden. Home grown plums turned into a soft crumble with cream for pud.
Good luck to Mr CJ hope you get it sorted.

The beef dish last night was lovely, really flavoursome especially as it was so healthy, more again tonight, might taste even better!

Last night was pasta with some oven roasted Med veg mixed in and I cooked then chopped up a lamb kebab that never made it to the summer BBQ (kinda meatball inspired). Yummy. Poss the same again tonight.
OH had some toast as wasn't really hungry.

I’m making chicken tikka and rice tonight - it’s already simmering away on low and the house smells gorgeously spicy! I’m using chicken thighs, my favourite cut of meat.

Home made banana ice cream for pud.
