Diced chicken thighs, French beans and cooked new potatoes all sauteed together in a wok with some harissa paste and served with oven roasted chermoula-spiced cauliflower florets.
I have a huge pile of windfall apples to process (they're eaters, but cook well too) so pudding will be something apple related.4 -
Mash, spring greens and trout (bought frozen)...and I think there is a sachet of hollandaise sauce in cupboard I can use with this meal.4

We escaped to the coast today, we had fish and chips at lunchtime and they were the best I have had in a very long time. Absolutely delicious.
We just had a ceaser salad for tea later with a hard boiled egg each.3 -
