Diced chicken thighs, French beans and cooked new potatoes all sauteed together in a wok with some harissa paste and served with oven roasted chermoula-spiced cauliflower florets.

I have a huge pile of windfall apples to process (they're eaters, but cook well too) so pudding will be something apple related.

We escaped to the coast today, we had fish and chips at lunchtime and they were the best I have had in a very long time.  Absolutely delicious.
We just had a ceaser salad for tea later with a hard boiled egg each.
