Pork loin chops with sauce (just cream, mustard and honey). Roast vegetables l.o from last night. Stuffing and peas.

Pudding was bread and butter pudding, as it is son 2's new favourite.
What are the quantities for the sauce please.

  • I’m having a chicken leg (cooked yesterday), spuds, cauliflower, cabbage and gravy for lunch. I’ve got the chicken carcass in the slow cooker (6litre) with a packet of broth mix, carrots, onions and swede for tonight. It usually does about 8 good portions for under £1.50. I’ve already stripped breast off chicken and frozen it for future meals and I will freeze some of the chicken and veg broth too.
  • Korean chicken and egg friend rice for dinner. Hope the chicken tastes good as DD came home with a marinade. Chicken is a little over cooked lol so we shall see

Popping my head into this group. I’m sure I’ve commented here before..

    today -

lunch was at father in laws. Paella (proper spanish way) and a mini magnum

dinner I’ve made a broccoli, potato and cheddar soup. We don’t like Stilton so I’ve winged a version with cheddar and thankfully it tastes great. It’s made with milk too so extra creamy and indulgent
