Fridge clear out here, Frittata to use up spring onions, pepper, a few mushrooms, bacon lardons, provolone cheese, and a bit of manchego. Served with salad and a few new potatoes for DH.
There should be enough left over for lunches tomorrow. I am trying to squeeze to the end of the month without grocery shopping 🥴Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

Custard slice (from Iceland) for pud.2 -
Pasta with feta and home grown tomatoes.2

Sausage and veg traybake with redcurrant almond bake and cream for pudding3

Pork loin chops with sauce (just cream, mustard and honey). Roast vegetables l.o from last night. Stuffing and peas.
Pudding was bread and butter pudding, as it is son 2's new favourite.4
