I made a cauliflower, leek and broccoli in a cheese and mustard sauce. Not my best. I had it with a jacket potato.
Others had steak pie, mash, mushy peas and broccoli.

I think Ideal was a brand of evaporated milk when I was a child. I vaguely remember a blue and white striped tin.

Ahh thank you. Oddly enough i don't ever remember the one we had being Nestle, it was always the Carnation tin, or shops own label. I expect DM would've been brought up with Ideal, although as she dislikes dairy like that she prob didn't appreciate it much. I'll have to ask her.moneyonmymindsam said:
