    I made a cauliflower, leek and broccoli in a cheese and mustard sauce. Not my best. I had it with a jacket potato.
    Others had steak pie, mash, mushy peas and broccoli.

    I think Ideal was a brand of evaporated milk when I was a child. I vaguely remember a blue and white striped tin.

    Ahh thank you. Oddly enough i don't ever remember the one we had being Nestle, it was always the Carnation tin, or shops own label. I expect DM would've been brought up with Ideal, although as she dislikes dairy like that she prob didn't appreciate it much. I'll have to ask her.

    Chicken thighs, lemon, mushrooms all steamed in a foil bag with a glug of white wine, served with veg & new potatoes.
