Lidl's spare ribs in BBQ sauce with rice, onion rings and PSB.
Yoghurt with either raspberries or damsons for pudding (picked on alloment/in neighbour's garden).3 -

Hope dentist went well, C_J. My older son had the worst of his broken top front teeth pulled out this morning! It will be a positive thing in the end as it was causing him pain constantly.
No surprises that food today revolved around soup made this morning - courgette, tomato, sweet potato, carrot, lentil and many garden herbs. Ice cream afterwards.4 -

Tonight chicken and mushroom curry... using a sauce from Chinese supermarket. Rice.2 -

Oooohhh just had the nicest tea ever! Cod, scallop, king prawn, lemon baked parcel with samphire in a creamy sauce served with celeriac crispy slices.
Followed by strawberries and cream3 -
Cheating tea today.
Aldi’s ready made Hunters chicken with ready made garlicky potatoes! Plus a handful of courgettes and tomatoes thrown in to roast alongside.
Son1 now tooth pain free! Having a front tooth out doesn’t seem to affect his eating at all!2
