Good luck with the dentist, C_J. My son also has his 3rd dentist appointment tomorrow... (3rd since he broke his teeth, not 3rd in his life!)

We had a chip shop takeaway.  I'm ashamed to say I had a chip butty and curry sauce.

Hope dentist went well, C_J. My older son had the worst of his broken top front teeth pulled out this morning! It will be a positive thing in the end as it was causing him pain constantly.

No surprises that food today revolved around soup made this morning - courgette, tomato, sweet potato, carrot, lentil and many garden herbs. Ice cream afterwards.
  • Last night was Mcd.
Tonight chicken and mushroom curry... using a sauce from Chinese supermarket.  Rice.
  • BBQ tonight with family - chicken tikka kebabs, butchers sausages salad etc
Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

  • Oooohhh just had the nicest tea ever! Cod, scallop, king prawn, lemon baked parcel with samphire in a creamy sauce served with celeriac crispy slices.
    Followed by strawberries and cream

    Cheating tea today.

Aldi’s ready made Hunters chicken with ready made garlicky potatoes! Plus a handful of courgettes and tomatoes thrown in to roast alongside.

Son1 now tooth pain free! Having a front tooth out doesn’t seem to affect his eating at all!
