OH had a vegetable pizza.
I used up the last of the potato waffles, poached the last egg in a box and had a couple of Ikea vegetarian sausages. Quick and easy meal and made a little more space in the freezer.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Off to babysit for GS tonight, so Mum and Dad can go to the hotel that they where supposed to go to in April for their anniversary, looks all very Covid safe.
We get to enjoy time with GS (18 months) and we’ll get a takeaway when he’s in bed 🤞Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

Cooked some chicken thighs. Just used a couple tonight with pasta. Bit lazy but more interested in gin if I'm being honest as it's Saturday evening
. Plan to use some of the chicken tomorrow in a ''Sunday Lunch'' and then Mon fried rice. x

Went out out with friends last night to one of the restaurants we discovered through Eat Out to Help Out where I've been diligently working my way through the menu since. Dinner was lovely, then onto a cocktail lounge and a few more drinks at a pub. Somewhat fuzzy head today so just been picking at bits.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

We went out for breakfast at 11.30am. Which was a real treat, I had muffins, spinach, poached eggs and hollandaise, very tasty. Followed by a walk by the river.
I made ham and/or cheese, salad and new potatoes for dinner.3
