Beef burritos for us tonight, made and frozen a week or two back so it's a very quick and easy dinner :)

  • I'm making lemon chicken from the beeb good food app. We normally have steak on Fridays. Glad the end of the week is near.

Been to the cinema to see TENET, so scoffed a load of nachos and warm plastic cheese and now feel both very thirsty and a bit sick  :# Screening was surprisingly busy given we went late afternoon (both on hols), think there were a lot of students on final get togethers before shipping off to uni.

Wanted to do summer in winter chicken, but the chicken breasts I got out to defrost were two chicken thighs with bones.
So I made the sauce from the recipe added mushrooms and spinach and we had it with filled pasta. Served with garlic bread and was surprisingly tasty.
