I'm making lemon chicken from the beeb good food app. We normally have steak on Fridays. Glad the end of the week is near.

Been to the cinema to see TENET, so scoffed a load of nachos and warm plastic cheese and now feel both very thirsty and a bit sick
Screening was surprisingly busy given we went late afternoon (both on hols), think there were a lot of students on final get togethers before shipping off to uni. Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Wanted to do summer in winter chicken, but the chicken breasts I got out to defrost were two chicken thighs with bones.
So I made the sauce from the recipe added mushrooms and spinach and we had it with filled pasta. Served with garlic bread and was surprisingly tasty.3 -

wed night was omelette / thurs night fish and chips from take away / tonight wraps. one with cheese and steak. Just have a small amount of cheese left so therefore other wrap spam and mayo.x3

Husband had oven fish, oven chips and tinned processed peas.
I had oven chips, nut roast, broad beans and gravy. Best meal of the week 🙂3
