The weather has turned cooler and it’s started raining, so we are in need of comfort food for tonight. Bangers and mash with a side of ratatouille made with veg from the garden, and raspberry trifle for pud.

HM lasagne with salad as need to use up some of the batch cooked meals from the freezer now I am back at work for the new school year. Tend to have an afternoon each weekend cooking up several portions of certain meals to help out when it is manic in school.

Thank you for the birthday wishes  <3
Spent all day fence painting today. It was on the list for next year but had to be home today so figured I may as well get it done today.  I had obviously forgotten (read: erased from my memory) just how long it takes to paint. Anyway by the time I finished and bathed it was gone 8.30 so dinner was crisps and a slice of brie. Prob didn't need anything after the cake yesterday.

  • Hi all, can I join in?

I am about to start juggling an Access course with full time working!  So any tips on getting organised would be gratefully received 😊

4 days I finish at 6pm so home at 6.30pm, quick easy meals on these nights I think. 3 days at college until 3.30pm, so a bit more time to cook.  All quick veggie meal ideas please 😁

Tonight is a late finish so pizza & salad for us.

    Have a great day 🌞
