Beef fillet slow cooked in red wine sauce, with swede and potato mash, French beans, carrots and peas - all the veg from the garden.
Pudding will be glasses layered with poached plums from the garden, gingered biscuit crumb, and whipped cream (naughty but nice).3 -

Lamb roast dinner with pureed swede, cabbage cooked in garlic and butter, roast swede, celeriac dauphinoise . Followed by blackberry almond crumble & cream.3
