7.5 pounds lost last week! This weeks menu includes carrot and coriander soup, it is a SW soup with cannelloni beans in it, so tasty. I like my soup blitzed so looking forward to lunch. Mwakway chicken curry, chicken supreme and beef ragu later in the week – had a Chinese on Saturday night delish

Last night was pasta bake with some spicy tomato meatless balls added in and some roasted courgette - tons left over. Had that with some salad and OH had some of the chilli I'd made on Sunday.
Plenty in the fridge of both still so that will be the choice for tonight (OH loves the chilli so he won't grumble if he has that again).
Freezer is looking pretty full so can avoid shopping for much - although there seem to be a lot of rolls and hot dog buns in it taking up room so might have to address that next.

Some of the chicken left over from Sunday’s roast has been added to chilli, garlic, red peppers, chopped tomatoes, tomato paste and tinned kidney beans and will be used to fill some wraps and baked with a sprinkling of grated cheese. There’s enough to fill six wraps so we’ll have two tonight and the rest will be frozen for a quick supper another day.

Pudding will be thick Greek style lemon yogurt topped with raspberries and blueberries.
