Jumbo prawns in a sticky soy and honey glaze, stir fried with lots of greens from the garden - I have plenty to choose from including Chinese cabbage, pak choi, choy sum, chard, spinach, French beans, sugar snap peas, chilli, and spring onions which are about 3ft tall! I have some beansprouts in the freezer somewhere too.

Dessert will be gooseberry fool, made with some of the home grown goosegogs which I froze last month.

Bacon, onion and potato bake and the half a jar of cheese sauce in the fridge can go in it as well.

Tonight I am making rice and vegetable bowls with Yakitori chicken skewers. Lots of stir fry veg to pick in the garden.

Rib eye steaks hadn't defrosted since last night, so Plan B. Organic fried eggs with organic mushrooms and Birds Eye gluten free fish fingers (2 fish fingers = 10g carbs) and organic French beans.
