Had some more of the bag of frozen broccoli, salmon and pea risotto and chopped in some courgette with it. Should've really cooked the courgette beforehand but it was ok if a little al dente (lesson learned for next time)
Might use the other half of the courgette with some frozen non-meatballs in a pasta bake.

There are lots of very nice recipes in this month's Waitrose magazine, and I am adapting the one for pan fried sliced pork fillet with lemongrass and chilli green beans by substituting sliced roast chicken for the pork. Lots of French beans and chillis to use up from the garden, so it's perfect!

Breaded haddock with mash and some salad for me.
Apple and blackberry crumble for pud.
Also cooked up some veggie chilli today for in the week and got some meatless balls out of the freezer to make into a pasta bake tomorrow with some courgette.
