I have some bits of leftover roast chicken, half a bag of beansprouts and some prawns in the freezer, so will be making a chow mein style thing for tonight. Plenty of veg in the garden to pad it out.

eating out to help out tonight so lunch is a chicken salad

Couldn’t get booked in within a 50 mile radius so dinner last night was very un slimming world. Quarterpounder with cheese, large fries and an oasis. Lol

Lunch is a baked tat with tuna, spring onion, cucumber, red pepper pickled onions and celery in natural yoghurt/mayo mix. Delish.

Last night eat out to help out. I had a crispy chicken medley. This was a breaded chicken escalope, topped with mozerella and   cheddar cheese with diane sauce.. chips, peas and tomato on the side.
Tonight lasagne ready made from frozen.

OH polished off the pasta bake, with the feedback 'it was ok'
I had the last portion of sausage casserole from the freezer with some carrots I'd prev part cooked and frozen and the last three Yorkshire puds.
    Also finished off the crumble.
Seeing a little daylight in the freezer now but do need a reshuffle.  I have some cheesecake portions in boxes i should really use up as they're taking quite a lot of room.
