Frith, that stuffed marrow looked delicious!

Tonight I am using up the left over slow cooked beef joint from yesterday and turning it into chilli burritos.

Eating out to help out tonight, hoping to make some good food choices. Yesterday I grilled some courgette with Parmesan it was delish. Will be having it again.

Lunch chicken and bacon salad, low on carbs.

Same here Klew - though I'm not promising to be good.
Was out out on Sat and feeling a little 'tired' yesterday and dinner largely involved grazing on things that were not the healthiest.

Last night was duck legs with oven baked wedges, home made spicy lentils and berry sauce accompanied by a glass (or 3) of Rioja. Tonight is a large healthy salad (one of my '2' of 5:2 fame). Husband is on pain of death to eat anything smelly in advance of our 1st, 2nd viewing tonight if that makes sense. Hard work this home selling :(

The other half of the mince from yesterday was made into chilli,  having it with rice this evening. Lots left as well for freezer.
