Pan fried cod fillets which have been marinated in lemon and cajun spices, served with a stir fried mix of vegetables from the garden (probably pak choi, choy sum, garlic, the last few French beans, some carrot ribbons and the never ending courgettes)3

Neighbour gave me 2 courgettes yesterday. Knobbly pale green things. Didn't have the heart to tell him I already have 5 in the fridge. Spicy pasta sauce tomorrow methinks.2 -
I use courgettes to make courgetti instead of pasta - just spiralise them (I actually just use a simple julienne peeler).2

Trying to be super good today
B – fruit and fibre semi skimmed milk
L – baked potato beans and cheese with roasted veg (needed something warm in the horrible weather and before spinning tonight)
D – tuna salad – lettuce, toms, cucumber, celery, pickled onions (tuna in natural yoghurt)S – French fries (the crisps)

It’s our Anniversary this weekend, so we’re MSE’ing it out for a meal tonight, the first time out-out since before Covid, it’s to a restaurant we know well, and know the owners, so feel a bit more comfortable than at a chain place.
Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!
