A strange combination, (however tasty all the same) of Yorkshire puds, trout from frozen, and tortellini  pasta

I’m making stuffed baked aubergines using some of the left over roast lamb from yesterday, minced up and mixed with some diced onion and chilli, grated carrot and courgette, and various spices.

Will also be getting ahead by making a curry for tomorrow night - aubergine, mushroom, coconut and cashew.

Feeling a bit better last night so had more of a 'proper' dinner,  corn on the cob, carrots and crispy coated fish nuggets.
