BBQ ribs (Aldi special) with lentils and roast courgette, carrots and tomatoes (almost as though we had a glut of certain vegetables...)

    Strawberries and cream for pudding.

I made sweetcorn and green chilli fritters for lunch, and dinner tonight will be Thai Massaman-style aubergine, mushroom and cashew nut curry. Ice cream for pud.

    Prawn and salmon pasta.
Garlic bread. Courgettes tossed in parmesan and baked as a side.
  • Leftover chilli with cheese, sour cream & chives and guacamole
  • Small bowl of soup to finish it from last night.
    Then chicken fried rice.

Corn on the cob and some vegetable quiche for me tonight.  Really need to lose a couple of lockdown lb but I'm not sure eating my way through all the remaining biscuits so they're gone is the way to do it  :D
