Out for dinner for me and OH today. Fajitas for him and salmon for me (as well as starters and dessert) Was a really nice meal and even better the restaurant is extending their Eat Out to Help Out offers through Sept 👏Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

BBQ ribs (Aldi special) with lentils and roast courgette, carrots and tomatoes (almost as though we had a glut of certain vegetables...)
Strawberries and cream for pudding.3 -

We had pie, (quorn steak, steak and kidney and aldi vegan steak bake) mashed potato, green beans, mushy peas and gravy.3

I made sweetcorn and green chilli fritters for lunch, and dinner tonight will be Thai Massaman-style aubergine, mushroom and cashew nut curry. Ice cream for pud.2

Prawn and salmon pasta.
Garlic bread. Courgettes tossed in parmesan and baked as a side.3 -
Leftover chilli with cheese, sour cream & chives and guacamole2

Small bowl of soup to finish it from last night.
Then chicken fried rice.1 -
Corn on the cob and some vegetable quiche for me tonight. Really need to lose a couple of lockdown lb but I'm not sure eating my way through all the remaining biscuits so they're gone is the way to do it
