Bought some salmon, broccoli and pea risotto in a bag in Iceland today and had a little of that with sliced cucumber and tomato. Strawberries and blackberries with cream for pud.

My older son made a "Chinese". Deep fried battered strips of beef, sweet and sour sauce with peppers, onion, pineapple and tomatoes. And rice. Luckily the power stayed on until we had finished cooking! (Lightning)2
