I'm thinking of having a Quorn stir fry tonight with carrots, broccoli, sweetcorn, cashew nuts and pineapple. I don't have any peppers annoyingly.3

Pasta and a sauce I made from cherry tomatoes, squeeze of tomato puree, glug of white wine, squirt of ketchup and a random little tub of salsa left over from MCD take away the other week . Bacon and spinach in it was well.5

Making crispy duck for pancake today, 4/5 hours in the oven, so it better be good 🤣 pancakes for DH, iceberg lettuce leaves for me, the usual cucumber and spring onion accompaniments, and plum sauce 👍 might dig out some prawn dim sum to have tooNote to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

I’m roasting sausages, potato chunks and tenderstem broccoli in some kind of balsamic glaze (depends on what’s in the cupboard!) for dinner tonight.3

Tonight we had mixed bean chilli with rice. The menfolk had garlic bread too. Plates cleared and meal enjoyed."It's hard to be a diamond in a rhinestone world"4

Was going to have salmon again but in the end opted for quick and easy sausage casserole with yorkshires from the freezer.

The duck yesterday was lovely, enough left to freeze for another day 👍
Tonight is spicy chicken wings with salad and jacket potato for DHNote to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

was a baked potato not oven chips with the steak last night it was good. Chicken, leek and sweetcorn pie homemade tonight i think with mash turnip and peas3
