Didn't feel very creative last night had a pork chop and some rice. Sometimes I just have rice with chicken, one of my favorite meals for some reason.4

Have chopped and sauted a load of courgettes, tomatoes, peppers, aubergines, shallots, thrown in some olives and artichokes, mixed in a jar of pasta sauce and cooked pasta, topped it with grated cheese and baked it. Served with some leftover chicken, which I would have mixed in but I dont eat meat!3

Last night was the other piece of salmon, fried new potatoes (pre cooked and sliced) and green beans. something was smelling funky in the fridge and I thought it was the salmon (was in date and only opened on Tues so I knew it wasn't off) hence I used that. Turns out it as an open pot of 'minted greens and feta' that was growing it's own green and smelt like feet
Off into the bin that swiftly went!
Think tonight will be some Med veg from the freezer and pasta.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

An easy one. Oven is preheating for a shop bought family lasagne. Nothing else with it as it's meant for 4 people, therefore more than enough for the two of us.3
