Tonight's supper was Sainsbury's SO organic ribeye steak with mushrooms and fried eggs. I had a Kiwi boss and she called steak with eggs Shearers' steak. On her uncles's sheep farm, the shearers got steak and eggs for breakfast. Anyway, it was the worst ribeye I've ever had, and I won't buy it again. Didn't even look like ribeye.

We planned to have pizza with a side salad, but went for a walk in the nearby village and ended up bringing fish and chips home.

We are having grilled lamb steaks, our first pan fried courgette from the garden - a yellow one - greek salad and some leftover tomatoes with mozzarella and home grown basil. Looking forward to it!  Followed by half a jar of spiced figs with some marscapone. Will eat the other half jar tomorrow.
