    Lunch ham and cheese salad 
    Marinated chicken wings with salad, new potatoes for DH
    Strawberries and cream for pud

    freezer surprise tonight, more than likely chicken dippers, chips and beans. lol. easy tea as a busy night, last small bit of LO shepherds pie for lunch

    Thanks IM, normally i am ok at it, fry the rice a bit then scramble the egg into it, i was just being lazy and can confirm egg fried rice does not really work without the frying bit 😂

    Tonight was jersey royals, runners beans and tinned mackerel in tomato sauce.

    takeaway lunch and dinner today, crunchy nut for breakfast, got a big day at work so will have to grab a sandwich from somewhere at lunch as i have workmen in and im not going home to disturb them. takeaway tonight leaning towards chinese
